This is very exciting for me and I am very sorry I have been so late. I have been so busy for close to a month now with writing my ebook “The Personal Development Guide for Beginners”, publishing it, then launching it and doing book promotions on Social media and building content, and blogging has stayed behind.  As I am so late, Im also very new to all this Blogging scene. I am a writer so this blog shouldn’t be too bad, but don’t mind my typical blogging mistakes. I will learn and I will get better!

This Blog is all about learning to live a better life, to become more than we are and accelerating or personal growth. I will share my experiences and what I have learned over the years so I can make your journey of becoming the best version of Yourself little bit easier and smoother. Changing yourself is a long process so you’re going to need to practice patience. You won’t see the results right away after you start, but if you put in the work every single day, the “work” will become a habit and will make the whole process whole lot easier, almost automatic. The compounded choices, discipline and effort each day will give you Huge dividends even a year from now, by that time, this new way of living has become a new normal for you and you might not even believe how you could live like you did just one year ago.

So I want to start out by writing about one of my favourite Morning Smoothie Recipe. I’ve been playing around with a lot of different ingredients and found this to suit me the best. I am pretty sure You guys will like it as well. With smoothies it takes a bit of prepping and takes about 20-30 minutes to get it all done but it is perfect to get your day going in the morning and will give you a lot more energy that coffee does, and don’t get me wrong I still love a good coffee every day of the week.

So here it is, my “Green Morning Smoothie of Energy & Excellence!” What you need for this recipe!

1) A blender

2) 1pc Orange

3) 1pc Banana

4) 1 stock of kale

5) A hand full of spinach

6) 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

7) 2 tablespoons of organic Maca root powder

8) 250ml of water

9) A bit of love.

I add about 250ml (1 coffee mug) of water in the bottom of the blender at the beginning and then chop all the ingredients to smaller pieces, throw them all in and blend them for about 30 sec. When it’s done I get about 500-750ml of smoothie, and I drink it all for breakfast.

This recipe will wake you up and give you energy boost you won’t get from coffee. Smoothie in the morning will even replace your usual breakfast too.  Every time I have this or any smoothie in the morning feel full, but I don’t get that tiredness right after as I do when I have muesli or a toast and a coffee.
